Introducing our new affordable counselling for limited income and non-insured clients!

Beginning in September 2017, Terrace Wellness Centre will be providing a lower cost counselling option to those in the community. Counselling will be provided by a student enrolled in a graduate level counselling program who will be closely supervised by Robyn Plane MA, a registered psychotherapist. Sessions cost a flat rate of $50 for a 50 minute session.

Meet Robyn Plane MA, our Clinical Supervisor for internships
Robyn is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario and a Canadian Certified Counsellor through the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association.  He has worked both with community health agencies and privately in Ottawa for over seven years related to a range of mental issues including depression, anxiety and grief and specialization in areas of addiction and LGBTQ mental health for both youth and young adults.


Regular participation in physical exercise improves mental health, such as reduced depression and anxiety. Joining an exercise community or fitness center not only leads to better mental health outcomes, it also improves physical health, including cardiovascular health. As an added bonus, organized exercise also connects people with others who have the common goal of improving health and reducing loneliness.
